I made a mistake with my order details. What should I do?
No worries, mistakes happen! If you need to correct your order details, email us ASAP and mark the email as "important", or message us on Instagram. If your order hasn't been made and dispatched yet, we can update details like phone number, name, address, email, spelling, color, and even upgrade your postage from standard to express (we'll send you a link to pay the balance).
My order has not arrived yet, who do i contact?
Firstly, you should check your tracking that was provided with your confirmation email.
