Shipping Policy

Twinspirations currently offers shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA and UK. If you are enquiring from another country, please email us to discuss possible options. 
 

Orders in Australia: Our delivery fees are a flat $10 in Australia for any orders under $100. We offer free shipping in Australia for orders over $100 of products (not including shipping fees, or gift vouchers).  If you need your order quicker, we offer express post at a flat rate of $14.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

For an additional $2.00 we can add a signature on delivery to ensure your order arrives safely. This is our recommendation. If you would like to add signature on delivery, please check the "add signature on delivery" box at checkout, otherwise you are giving Australia post authority to leave your order in a safe location. Please note that Australia post may take your order to the post office if there is no where safe to leave the delivery. If you do not add signature on delivery and choose to have Australia post deliver without a person being able to accept the delivery, you do so at your own risk. We may not be able to help you if your order is stolen or misplaced. Please ensure you have a safe and secure location for delivery if you choose not to add a signature on delivery. 

International Orders: 

We offer standard tracked shipping to NZ, CA, USA, and UK. We use Australia post for our shipping and their delivery times can be searched on their website:

Australia post experiences delays at times due to government restrictions and limited capacity. Please see the Australia post website for more information.

Any applicable taxes, fees, or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Turn-around Time: 

Most of our orders are handmade with love in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. We currently have a turn-around time of up to 2 weeks on our personalised and customised products. For orders with all products in stock, you can expect these to be dispatched within 4 business days. Once your order is shipped, we take no responsibility in delays that may take place with Australia post. 

Please note: Express shipping does not change turn-around times or push orders to the front of the que. 
 

Delivery Terms: 

You accept these terms when you make an order, pay for a product, and/ or accept delivery of a product. 
1. If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect or insufficient address details, re-delivery will be organsied at the customer's expense. Please ensure your address is correct before checkout. 

2. Parcels returned to us due to customer not picking up from their post office will also be re-delivered at the customer's expense. We recommend you seek more information on potential charges by speaking with your customs office or local post office.

3. It is the customers responsibility to check if the products comply with their countries regulations. We are not responsible for any items prohibited due to non-compliance with laws and shall not be responsible for any delays or losses incurred. 

4. It is our recommendation that the customer chooses "signature on delivery" and if not, it is the customers responsibility to track and find missed or lost orders to contacting Australia post directly. Twinspirations takes no responsibility if an order is lost or stolen due to delivery preferences.
