Has your little one gotten hold of their knitted name or shape, or maybe you moved houses and it was damaged in the process. We understand these things can happen. This option may be for you!
You must ensure that the knitted component is still intact. If you are unsure if the knitted compoonent is still able to be re-shaped, please send me an email with photos.
The product must have been made by Twinspirations. We will not fix work made by another company. If the item we recieve back does not look like it was made by Twinspirations, we may ask for a proof of order.
Steps to get your name or shape fixed:
- Purchase the correct option for your product.
- Select the appropriate shipping option as this is how i will send your product back.
- Send me an email for a postage address to send your product to.
- Scrunch your product up and send it back to me in a padded satchel.
- If the wrong option is selected, the customer will recieve an invoice for the remainder if the cost and the product will not be fixed and shipped until the invoice is cleared.
